By using EZ Eats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Use of the Platform
EZ Eats is a digital platform that connects customers with participating restaurants and facilitates the
ordering and delivery of food. By placing an order through EZ Eats, you confirm that all information
provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make payments using the payment method submitted.
2. Payment Terms
EZ Eats accepts Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment.
All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. EZ Eats does not store or
retain your credit or debit card information.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing your order.
All sales are final once the order is marked as delivered.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
when placing an order.
EZ Eats is not responsible for any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit or debit card. If
someone places an order using your card or account without your permission, please contact your card
issuer immediately. EZ Eats cannot reverse payments once an order is marked as delivered.
3. Delivery and Completion
An order is considered delivered and fulfilled once our delivery personnel mark the order as
completed within the EZ Eats system.
Once an order is marked as delivered, EZ Eats bears no responsibility or liability for any claims of
non-receipt or disputes.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified
delivery location.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any dispute or chargeback initiated after delivery will be challenged using delivery data, order
logs, and user account activity.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Account suspension or permanent ban
Reporting to relevant financial institutions or authorities
EZ Eats reserves the right to recover any costs or losses resulting from fraudulent activity.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once an order has been marked as delivered.
Refunds may only be granted if:
The restaurant fails to prepare the order.
The delivery could not be completed due to an error on the part of EZ Eats or its agents.
6. Account Conduct
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information.
Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
Dispute payments for orders that you or someone on your behalf received.
Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
EZ Eats is not responsible for:
The quality, safety, or preparation of food provided by partner restaurants.
Any issues that arise after an order is marked as delivered, including theft, spoilage, or
damage.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once delivery is confirmed in our system, EZ Eats accepts no further liability, and payment is
considered final.
8. Modifications to Terms
EZ Eats may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following such
changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
